Freshmen Girls Basketball

On Friday night, the freshmen girls’ basketball team traveled to Crystal Lake Central where they won 33-16. Nice job ladies on the great team effort!


Girls Lacrosse

All Girls interested in playing Lacrosse for the D300 Girls Lacrosse Club, please join us for an informational meeting on Thursday, December 14th at Lifezone 360 in Dundee starting at 7pm.  We will be talking about winter clinics and the spring season.  If you have questions you can email Coach Baeder at See you there!


Varsity Dance

Congratulations to the Varsity Dance Team on their 9th place finish this weekend and for starting the season with a very high score of 80.8! The girls compete again this Sunday at Glenbrook South High School at 10:42am. Come out and cheer them on as they attempt to raise their score and their placement.


Math Team

Mathletes – There will be no practice for the individual test today.  Also the date of the competition has been set to stay on Wednesday January 24th.  Stop by if you did not pick up your individual practice test last week.



National Honor Society students, tomorrow is your next meeting. Join us in the lecture hall at 7:05 AM or 3:05 PM and bring coloring supplies. If you’d like to contribute to the toiletry drive, you may bring your items to the meeting or anytime throughout the month of December.


PBIS Pep Assembly

ATTENTION WHIPPURS!!! The next pep assembly is this Friday! During the assembly your name can be drawn to participate in a half-court shot to win a $25 amazon gift card OR you can have the opportunity to Pie the Principal! If you would like to be in the running, please put your PURPLE PAY (with your name and a staff members name on it) in the PBIS box in the Commons by this Wednesday. If you would like to participate in a basketball shoot out at the Pep Assembly, please add your name to the sign-ups posted around the building or outside room 3010. Prom Fundraiser

Come to Culvers in Carpentersville tomorrow evening from 5 to 8pm.  Enjoy some cheese curds and raise money for Hampshire’s prom.  So bring some friends and come out for a good time at Culvers in Carpentersville December 5th.  We hope to see you there!


RFL Pep Assembly Voting

You have A LOT of power this week. One of your teachers will get PIED at the pep assembly, and you get to decide who that will be! How much do you want to see Gierman, Featherly, Fain, Napper, Meno, or Serritella get smacked in the face with a pie? YOU can vote with your spare change during lunch all week! Drop your money during lunch in the bag for the teacher you want to see pied! Proceeds go to Relay for Life.


RFL Chipotle Fundraiser

Relay for Life would like to thank everyone who came out to Chipotle on Thursday - it was super successful because of you!



There are two new scholarships available in Student Services! The Dundee Township Rotary Scholarship is available to high school seniors who live in Dundee Township and plan on attending an accredited university or college. The Patryck Stanley Memorial Scholarship is available to high school seniors who will be majoring in education and plan on attending an accredited university or college.


D300 Swim

Congratulations to the D300 Swim team on their 1st place win for both JV and Varsity levels at Rockford Auburn this weekend.  Hampshire’s own Harold Ogaban, Elijah Stuart and Reid Coyle placed 1st in the Medley Relay.  Individually, Reid won 1st in the 50-yard freestyle, Elijah won 1st in the 100-yard freestyle and Harold placed 1st in the backstroke.  Elijah and Harold were also part of the 1st place 400-yard free relay team.  Way to Go Whips!



Tri-M students: your next chapter meeting will be this coming Wednesday, December 6th, at 7am or 3pm in the orchestra room. See you there!



The Hampshire Wrestling Teams had a great past three days of competition.  With tough matches against Prairie Ridge on Thursday and Jacobs at home on Friday, all wrestlers were prepared to wrestle on Saturday at the Freshman Palatine Tournament and Varsity Tom Dubois Classic in Richmond.  The freshmen team pinned their way to medals with Alvaro Rodriguez and Darius Ngeupi placing 3rd, Austin Seyller taking 4th, and Joe Pallazolo pinning his opponent to take 5th place.  Varsity saw two tournament Champions with junior Christian Rivero and senior Casey Allen. Senior Mark Brown took 3rd place, freshman Palmer Larson placed 4th as well as senior Nathan Price placing 4th.  The Whip-Pur Wrestling team takes on Crystal Lake Central this Thursday in Crystal Lake.  Great job Whip-Pur Wrestling!
